Compliance line:  (800) 750-4972

If you are ever faced with an unethical situation, we need you to speak up.  Silence never helps, and in fact, it can make an already bad situation much worse.  Your voice, however, can make a difference.  Speak up if you have concerns about compliance issues in the workplace.

Such issues may pertain to:

·        Health and safety laws

·        Theft

·        Fraudulent or inaccurate financial reporting

·        Abuse of company resources

·        Disclosure of confidential information

·        Environmental concerns

·        Improper gifts or gratuities

·        Alcohol or drug abuse

·        Bribery or  kickbacks

·        Improper contact with government officials

·        Harassment or discrimination

·        Threats of violence

To report any of the above, speak with your immediate supervisor, or for that matter, any supervisor or manager.  If you have already spoken with a member of management or if you simply prefer to remain anonymous, call the Compliance Line.

The Compliance Line is a simple, effective way to express your concerns regarding any potentially unethical situation pertaining to our company.  The toll-free Compliance Line is available all day everyday, so you can even call from the privacy of your own home.

By calling the Compliance Line, you can remain completely anonymous throughout the reporting process.  No call tracing or recording devices are ever used at the Compliance Line.  Even if you do choose to give your name, your call will be handled with the utmost confidentiality.

When you call the Compliance Line, as Communication Specialist who does not work directly for our company asks you a series of questions to better understand the nature of your concern.  The Specialist prepares a report that is forwarded directly to Pioneer Construction’s owners for review, and if necessary, investigation.

If you work for the company, the Compliance Line is not intended to be a substitute for meaningful communication between you and your supervisor.  If you have questions or concerns regarding normal operating procedures, please speak directly to him or her.
